Common Document Types

Sale Deed (விற்பனை பத்திரம்)

Lease Deed (குத்தகைப் பத்திரம்)

For renting property for specific period. Registration mandatory for leases exceeding 11 months.

Varies by period: 1-4%

Release Deed (விடுவிப்புப் பத்திரம்)

Used when one co-owner releases their share to another co-owner, typically within family.
